Synopsis:
Widespread. During the first half of the 20th century, this species
was introduced into many areas of the state where
historically it apparently did not occur (areas other than the Rogue Valley,
Klamath Basin, southwestern Lake County, and coastal
Curry County). Most notable are the records from north and central coastal
areas of Oregon.
